Privacy, plainly.

Our website form saves your name, email, website address, selected request type, optional notes, follow-up choice, request reference, and submission time. The request type identifies whether you asked for a free check, a deep audit, or website care. A completed free check also saves its generated report, the pages checked, and email-send status used to handle delivery attempts and retries. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, and private customer information.

What the free check reads

Our server reads your public homepage and may check the HTTP response from up to two contact or booking links on the same site. It does not analyze those linked pages’ content. Your website host can see the requests, just as it sees other visits. The scanner does not log in, submit forms, make bookings or purchases, or change your website. We store the report, not copies of the pages’ full HTML.

The free scanner uses programmed checks. It does not send your form details or website content to a generative AI service, and it does not generate an AI visibility score.

Replies to your request

We use your details to identify your request and respond to the help you asked for. If you request a deep audit or website care, we may email you about your needs, a quote, access arrangements, and any work you approve. These replies relate to your inquiry and do not require you to opt into marketing. A deep-audit or care inquiry does not run the free scanner automatically.

When a free check produces a complete or partial report, it appears on the website and we send a copy to the email address you provide. This fulfills your request and does not require optional marketing permission. If a check cannot finish, the page explains the limitation; no report email is sent. The page also shows email-send status, which does not guarantee inbox delivery. Your optional notes are saved for context; they do not change the programmed checks. You can download text or print a PDF copy.

Optional sales follow-up

The follow-up checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Selecting it allows us to contact you about our website services beyond handling your current request. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from receiving your requested report email or a reply to a deep-audit or care inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

Deep audits and AI assistance

A deep audit is a separately quoted service. Its scope may include screenshots, technical measurements, relevant public content, and information you choose to provide. AI tools may assist with organizing observations and drafting recommendations, which a person verifies.

Before sending private content, unpublished material, customer data, or account information to an AI service, we explain the proposed use and obtain your permission. We do not put passwords or access tokens into AI prompts. If private access is needed for the project, we arrange an appropriate access method separately rather than requesting credentials through this form.

Where requests and reports go

Form requests and free-check reports are stored in a managed Cloudflare D1 database through Sites. The business owner can inspect them through authenticated hosting tools. Reports are not publicly listed. The free-check response returns to the submitting browser, and report copies go to the email address provided. Anyone with access to that browser, mailbox, or a saved or forwarded copy may be able to read it. Hosting providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Resend processes the recipient email address and report content to send your requested copy, as well as request details sent to our business inbox. Email providers also process delivery information. We use Zoho Mail to receive notifications and respond from hello@simplifylabs.ai. If a project needs another service to process private information, we discuss that use before sharing it.

Your choices

For questions, deletion requests, or to stop optional sales follow-up, email hello@simplifylabs.ai and include your request reference if available. Requests are not automatically deleted on a published schedule. Emailed, downloaded, printed, or forwarded copies remain in the mailboxes or locations where they are saved.

Browser storage and tracking

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or local storage of form details. Information entered but not submitted stays in the page, subject to your browser’s own form-restoration features. The fictional website demonstrations do not submit or save your selections.
