Start with the question you need answered.
“Is anything obviously wrong?” and “What should we fix first?” need different kinds of review. Our free website check gives you a limited automated snapshot. A paid deep audit investigates the parts of your website that matter to your business and turns the findings into a practical plan.
For an Austin service business, that might be the path from a service page to a phone call. For a studio, it could be finding a class and booking. For a shop, it might be understanding delivery, finding a product, and completing checkout. We agree on the journeys and coverage before beginning.
What each review actually includes.
| Free automated check | Custom paid deep audit |
|---|---|
| Reads the public homepage’s HTML | Reviews the pages and customer journeys in your audit scope |
| Checks response status of up to two same-site contact or booking links | Investigates mobile experience, content, relevant technical health and search foundations |
| Provides observations and next steps on screen and by email | Provides evidence, priorities, recommended changes and an itemized proposal for fixes |
| No visual, speed, inbox delivery or AI testing | Includes human-verified AI-assisted analysis; coordinated functional tests when included in the scope |
The free check makes no edits and submits no forms. It does not analyze the content of linked pages. JavaScript-dependent or protected sites can produce incomplete results. A passing observation is not a certificate of website health.
Run the free limited website check. Complete and partial reports appear on screen and are sent by email with their limitations. The page shows email-send status; you can also download text or print to PDF.
Evidence you can act on.
A useful finding connects an observed issue to a specific action. We record the page, test conditions and evidence, explain why it matters, and separate confirmed issues from questions that need more investigation.
- Customer experience: Can someone understand your offer, find important answers and reach the right next step on mobile and desktop?
- Technical health: Relevant links, performance measurements, accessibility observations, platform behavior and indexing signals within the agreed coverage.
- Search clarity: Clear page subjects, useful content, crawlable information and consistent business details. Rankings are measured where data is available, not inferred from a scanner score.
- AI-assisted review: Help identifying messaging gaps and organizing observations, followed by a person checking the conclusions against your actual website and business.
For example, “the contact page loads” and “your inquiry reached the right inbox” are different findings. The second needs a coordinated delivery test. We explain what was tested and what remains unknown.
A quote for the audit. A choice about the fixes.
- Send your website and the concern you want to investigate. No password is needed in the inquiry.
- We confirm platform fit, access, audit coverage, deliverables, timing and the audit price.
- After the audit, you receive a prioritized report and a separate itemized quote for initial fixes.
- You choose which repair work to approve. We implement and retest that work, with recovery planned before changes.
A small brochure site and a custom store have different needs; the audit price reflects the actual investigation. You can commission the audit without subscribing. After any initial cleanup, ongoing website care is $69/month for one accepted website.
Before you request an audit.
Do I need to change platforms?
No. We first review your existing WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or custom site and confirm what its tools and permissions allow.
Is an AI audit a guarantee that AI will recommend us?
No. We can examine content clarity, factual consistency and access to important information. Neither AI recommendations nor Google positions can be guaranteed. Google says its AI search features use the same SEO foundations and require no special AI markup. Read Google’s AI search guidance.
Will you send private information to an AI service?
Only with your permission. Public observations do not authorize sharing customer records, private analytics or account details with an external AI service.
Can you just fix a specific problem?
Yes. Describe the symptom and we can discuss a separately scoped repair. Chargeable investigation is agreed before it starts.
