WEBSITE REPAIRS / AUSTIN

Something broken?
Let’s find
the cause.

Forms, links, layouts and frustrating errors. Tell us what happens; we’ll assess the problem and quote a practical next step.

Tell us what needs fixing

Start with what is happening.

A button opens the wrong destination. A page looks fine on a laptop but awkward on a phone. A form displays a success message, yet you cannot find the inquiry. You do not need to know the technical cause to ask for help.

Simplify Labs helps Austin businesses investigate problems with existing websites and agree on a practical repair. Repairs are quoted separately, based on the problem, platform and access available. We explain the proposed work before you decide to proceed.

Different symptoms need different checks.

  • Contact forms. Check whether the issue concerns submission, a saved entry, notification settings or delivery to the intended inbox.
  • Phone buttons and links. Compare the visible label with the actual destination and confirm the correct details with you.
  • Mobile layout. Reproduce the affected screen size and identify what makes the page difficult to read or use.
  • Missing or unexpected pages. Inspect the route, link and relevant platform behavior before recommending a change.
  • Slow or unreliable features. Investigate the affected interaction and whether the cause is within the website or a connected service.

A visible symptom does not establish its cause or how much work a repair will require. Some issues can be understood from public pages. Others require authorized account access, provider information or a controlled test.

A repair process you can follow.

  1. Describe and reproduce. Share the page address, what you expected, what happened and when it started. A screenshot or error message can help us reproduce the issue.
  2. Agree on access and recovery. We identify the permissions needed and an appropriate way to recover affected work. Where the platform supports it, that may include a backup, revision history or staging environment.
  3. Approve the scope. Receive the proposed work, price, assumptions and expected checks. If further investigation is chargeable, we agree on that before it begins.
  4. Make the change and retest. Check the original symptom again and explain the result, remaining limits and any further recommendation.

For a contact form, a success message alone does not confirm that the business received the inquiry. With your permission, we can arrange a clearly labeled test and ask you to confirm receipt. We do not treat a public page review as proof that delivery works.

Know what happens before work begins.

Do I need a maintenance subscription?

No. A repair can be a separate engagement. If ongoing help would be useful afterward, website care is available for accepted sites. It does not automatically cover substantial existing repairs.

Can you repair any website platform?

Send the address even if you do not know the platform. We review the setup and confirm whether we can take on the work. Restricted access, unsupported software or provider limitations may affect what is possible.

What should I send with my request?

Include the affected page, a short description, the device or browser involved and any recent changes. Do not put passwords or private customer information in the initial request. We arrange appropriate access if the work needs it.

What if the repair turns out to be larger than expected?

We explain what we found and seek approval for any change to the agreed scope or price. Sometimes the appropriate next step is help from your hosting provider or a separately scoped rebuild.
